Everyone comes to see the lighhouse

Peggy's Cove Lighthouse

From Lunenburg we drove about an hour to Peggy’s Cove. A pretty little seaside village who survives on fishing and tourism from the lighthouse.

We went there during the day, at dusk and at dawn. There are lots of tourists there, all having their photo taken in front of the lighthouse. The lighthouse sits on a rocky outcrop which you view all the way around which is handy for different shots. It’s also means you don’t have to work around the tides.

The town itself is quite small but there are a number of things to photograph.
