Foreplay lion style

Masai Mara

Another day, another beautiful sunrise

African Cape Buffalo

A mating pair: the lioness was looking bored while her male suitor was showing how scary he can look, thrashing his head around.

We found the Marsh pride, but they were all sitting in and around bushes fast asleep. Lions sleep about 20 hours a day!

We found the two cheetah brothers late in the afternoon. A storm had just passed so the sky was still really grey. They were sitting on a dirt mound surrounded by bushes which made it very difficult to see both at the same time. They did decided to leave their mound and start walking, but it was too dark for photos. I would have loved to get a picture of both of them sitting together looking in the same direction.

Cheetah brothers - they do everything together
Today was the first time we had seen elephants up close in the park
